Don’t Make These Mistakes When Twitter Marketing
Feb 7th
Internet marketers cannot afford to ignore the power of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. You can gain many prospects from Twitter, but you also have to know enough not to make the kind of mistakes made by many new marketers.
Think about what you first look at if you visit a profile page on Twitter. If you are like most people, it is their photo. Having a real profile picture on your profile shows that you aren’t some hanky panky scamster who just running around stealing people’s money. Being able to put a face with a name and description of yourself puts people at ease. When you are promoting anything online, your credibility is your greatest asset. And when you have a genuine picture of yours on your profile, it makes you stand out from all those scam artists who are always in the hiding. Your picture should be one that in which you are easily recognizable. You don’t want to use avatars in place of a photo, and definitely not pictures of products you are selling. In general, you want to be up front about revealing yourself to your followers. Then they’ll have a better idea of who you are when the see your tweets. Doing this does not give you immediate profits, but it helps to build your presence on Twitter. Pictures are also a part of brand recognition, as you become better known and established in your niche. Another common Twitter mistake marketers make is when they keep things very professional almost to a fault, because they’re afraid to turn anyone off and have them quit. It’s almost a disease to seems to strike every new Twitter user. This is where you think that tweeting too many times will be rude or make your followers to hate you. But the opposite must be true. If you only send out a tweet here and there, you will never get seen since you’ll be competing again loads of other tweets. That’s how it works. Don’t just think of your followers, since your followers also have people following them. If you are only going to tweet once a day, expect to have your tweet disappear in the mass of tweets after it. So use your common sense here and try to tweet them often, if not every 5 minutes.
Twitter marketers who haven’t made any quality posts of their own but set out right away to get followers are making a common mistake in their approach. You want to give people a sample of your own content before you start targeted followers in your niche. When your potential followers click on your Twitter page, you want them to see some relevant content there.
So before you actually take up the task of growing your follower count, put in some effort to actually tweet some targeted information related to your niche, so that when they see your page, they should feel the need to follow you. Basically, Twitter can really boost your business, but only if you know how to utilize it correctly and avoid the above blunders.

Twitter Marketing Mistakes that You Must Be Careful to Avoid
Feb 5th
Internet marketers cannot afford to ignore the power of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. There are many benefits to Twitter marketing, but it’s important that you don’t unwittingly make errors that can set you back.
When you start marketing on Twitter, you have to keep in mind your target market and who you’re dealing with. If you target your followers in a particular niche and then send them tweets on other topics, you will have a hard time holding their interest. Getting irrelevant with your Tweets is another mistake made by many. The reason this happens is because new marketers on Twitter feel the need to interact with their followers and build trust, which is not at all wrong. At the same time, though, it’s important to stay on topic most of the time. If your tweets are all over the map and have no consistency, it’s hard to build up your credibility in your niche. You don’t have to stick to your topic 100% of the time, and it’s good to mix it up with some random tweets.
But besides that, make sure your tweets fall into the category what you’re targeting. This means that if you’ve decided to tweet about collecting coins, then that’s what you should be talking about most of the time. If your tweets become too unfocused, you will end up losing the followers who you targeted according to your niche. Another common blunder that’s often committed by marketers on Twitter is to try to remain as good as possible so that nobody gets offended or turned off, which may lead them to drop off your contact list. Don’t worry, it strikes every Twitter marketer when they first start out, it’s very common. This is when the person is so afraid of their image that their afraid to send out too many messages for fear of looking like a spammer. But it has to be the other way round. If you don’t send out lots of tweets, you will never stand alone amongst the thousands of tweets you’ll have to compete with. And that’s how it’s done. Your followers aren’t just following you, but they’re following a bunch of other people too. If you were to only tweet once per day, your tweet would never be seen because it would have to compete with so many others. Become one with the community and send out many tweets without annoying anyone.
Having a corporate image on Twitter is another mistake you want to avoid. They erroneously believe that their audience will respect them and look up to them this way. The whole idea of Twitter, however, is authentic people interacting with each other without such pretenses. As a regular person, you also don’t have to feel obligated to always talk about your business, and you can be more diverse. Twitter users are there to communicate with interesting people, not corporations, so you don’t want to present yourself that way.
Now that you are aware of some of the more common Twitter marketing mistakes, you should be able to avoid them when you get started on Twitter.

Avoid These Twitter Mistakes To Market Effectively
Feb 5th
Twitter can really expand your internet marketing business, but only if you stay away from the mistakes we’re about to cover. The following are the mistakes and the answers to avoiding those mistakes.
Your Twitter marketing efforts must be targeted towards a particular market, and you have to know exactly who this is. The kinds of prospects you want for your business are available on Twitter, but if you approach them with irrelevant information, they would soon lose interest in you. Getting irrelevant with your Tweets is another mistake made by many. Marketers will often send out tweets on many topics because they are trying to connect with their followers as much as possible, and this is a good motive. At the same time, though, it’s important to stay on topic most of the time. If your tweets are not mostly about your chosen topic, it will be hard to build a following based on that topic. Your followers will enjoy some off topic tweets every so often.
You should keep most of your tweets relevant to your own niche, though. For example, if you’re tweeting about “dog training”, ensure that you’re sticking to it and your tweets are informative in this area. If you forget about your topic and tweet about whatever crosses your mind, you’ll find your list of followers shrinking.
Don’t make the mistake of not leveraging your followers for your marketing purposes. This doesn’t mean asking them to market your business for you. What you can do, however, is build up your list of followers by enlisting the help of your current followers. Are you wondering how to do this? It’s just a matter of getting your followers to re-tweet your best tweets, a simple task! That’s all there is to it.
This can and will lead to a viral affect because most of the people on your list will have their own set of followers. Your tweet can end up reaching thousands of new people, many who may end up following you. If you don’t ask them because it makes you uncomfortable, you are wasting this possible benefit. There is no reason not to ask them, as it’s simple enough to do and only shows that you believe in what you’re doing. You want to learn how to expand your influence on Twitter as efficiently as possible.
New marketers sometimes try and be anonymous when approaching their followers. You don’t want people not knowing who you are or even why you’re on Twitter to begin with. But if you want people to be trusting of you, they have to know who you are and what you want. Nobody wants to be scammed and everybody wants to deal with someone they can trust. That’s why it’s important to reveal to others your true identity and also what you look like. So you can go far with Twitter as long as you avoid these blunders as well as any others that may come your way.

The Best Blogging Tools
Mar 12th
Because of the tremendous popularity blogging has now reached, bloggers can now, for business reasons, increase their presence on the internet, and be more quickly found by “spiders” so as to raise one’s rankings with Google.
To accomplish this, one first needs to have a specific blogging program, such as “Blogging To the Bank”, or Google’s own “Blogger.com”. Once you have created your domain name, and designed your site, (make sure it looks professional), you need to start writing blogs at least 3 times/week. The purpose is to inform your readers and provide them with information they can use to help them grow their business.
Occasionally, you can refer, through emails, to Affiliate products that you are selling on your blog. You can also sell your own products by having your blog reference free gifts and downloads, which can lead to your own Sales Page, and your own product. Be generous of your time and gifts. You can use PLR products to help benefit your followers. Ideally, your blog domain name should reference your website domain name, which in turn should relate specifically to your niche.
You may want to have a personal photo head shot so your readers know better who you are. You also can liven up your blog and your web site with videos.
Two tools that you should check out to assist your growth are Camtasia.com, and Traffic Geyser.com. They are both very important in growing your business.
Also, get software to help readers opt out if they no longer want your emails, and make sure you have a warning at the bottom of the site, that you will not share their information and will not spam.
To post entries on the blog, format may slightly differ. The basic concept is to type the title and the text you want to accompany it in the platform. Choose a tool with flexibility so as provide italics, various font sizes and styles, and you may need to use HTML in order to achieve the best result. Should you want to copy-paste Microsoft Word text, before choosing your software, check to see whether the blogging platform allows copy-paste without interference with RSS feeds.
To be able to upload videos and images on the blog, you or your webmaster may want to use Adobe Photoshop. You may have to resize the images in order to make them easy to download by readers.. You need tools that enable you to align the photos so that they can be placed in the best place within the overall format of the page. Embedded multimedia files are also widely used by bloggers, to enhance their site and provide more clarity to their viewers. An example would be embedding a You Tube video. All you have to do is include a JavaScript in the posts in order to allow the blog users to access the photo or video files you upload.
The RSS support can be very helpful in assuring greater success for the blog. This is particularly so because most online users are mainly concerned with accessing blog content via RSS feeds. There are a variety of RSS formats available. Moreover, most tools include some sort of RSS installation.. To be certain the blog looks professional to the targeted viewers, check the RSS formats that the special software offers before actually purchasing or installing it.
Hope the above info was helpful. Look soon for the next blog.
To your success.
